I started Leize the Way because I believe work can be both purposeful and sustainable.
My background in Organization Development shaped the way I think about leadership and growth—not as something to chase, but something to design.
Leize the Way isn’t a content machine. It’s a body of work. A place to keep what’s proven meaningful, useful, and enduring. Everything here is grounded in years of practice helping people find freedom through structure.
Leize earned a Master’s in Organizational Development but traded theory for entrepreneurship. Over 30 years of building and scaling, she kept seeing the same pattern: visionary leaders with bold ideas and big hearts, trapped by a lack of structure.
As she began supporting other entrepreneurs, she developed the LTW BOSS℠ model, and eventually, LTW BLOCS℠.
