• From BLOCS to BOSS: Yes! BLOCS members can apply their progress toward 1:1 coaching. If moving from BLOCS to BOSS, there’s a 3-month waiting period before BOSS cancellation flexibility applies.
• From BOSS to BLOCS: Absolutely—once minimum coaching requirements have been met.

• Yes! BLOCS can complement private sessions by handling foundational work and freeing up 1:1 time for deeper strategic needs or for departmental implementation after a BOSS package quarterly.

• BOSS: Cancel any time, and all unpaid services are billed at the ancillary rate. 
• BLOCS: Can be canceled within 3 hours after any monthly event.
• Under all plans, canceling clients are responsible for subscription closeout costs.
